Find the change early, then test it.

Tüccar is a research company. We study the themes that move markets and the quantitative strategies that trade them, and we use AI to read the market every day.

Approach

What is changing comes first. How to hold it comes second.

Themes

The work starts with what is changing in the world, and only then asks what to own. Themes are found in the evidence, not picked in advance, and followed as they form, gather pace and fade.

Quantitative strategies

A view is only as good as the way it is held. Valuation under scenarios, price and volatility, options structures and systematic premium strategies set the instrument, the size and the exit.

Risk

The risks the market is writing about are tracked the same way as themes: checked against market data, and kept or retired on the evidence.

Process

Everything is read. Only what survives the test is kept.

  1. Read

Each day's research letters, commentary and interviews, from a curated set of sources, are read in full by AI.

  2. Find

What recurs across independent sources becomes a candidate: a theme forming, or a risk being raised.

  3. Test

Each candidate is checked against prices, liquidity, rates and sentiment, and kept beside the evidence that would prove it wrong.

  4. Decide

The models draft the argument for and against. A person weighs it and makes the call.

Research

The research goes out as letters.

Readers receive a morning briefing by email: what changed in the market's conversation, and why it matters. Longer notes on themes, risks and strategy follow as they are ready.

What changed
Facts first: specific, dated and sourced.
Why it matters
The desk's view, labelled as a view and kept apart from the facts.
What would prove it wrong
The case against, stated beside the case for.
